When a character entry screen is displayed, you can select a
character entry mode if you hold down

least one second.

Entering Alphanumeric Characters
You can use the keys
0
to
9
to enter characters. More
than one character is assigned to each key.
The following table shows the key assignment for entering
characters.
When you change your e-mail address, you cannot use the
characters in
for the account name (part of the address to
the left of @).

switch some character entry modes if you press
