Use
Automatic ON/OFF: The display switches off automatically if no sensor signals are detected for 4 minutes.
The display switches on automatically when you start exercising, or when you press any button.
Button functions
MODE/CLEAR
Select the required function. Press and hold for 4 seconds to erase all values.
TIME (TMR)
Automatically stores the exercise time.
SPEED (SPD)
Shows the current speed.
DISTANCE (DST)
Cumulative training distance.
CALORIES (CAL)
Automatically stores the number of calories consumed during exercise.
SCAN
Automatically switches between the functions TIME, SPEED, DISTANCE
and CALORIES.
MAINTENANCE
Battery
Replace the batteries if the display is not functioning properly. Install 2 new AA batteries.
Do not dismantle the product or try to repair it. Qualified personnel or an authorised service centre
should carry out repairs. Clean the outside of the product if necessary in accordance with the
instructions below.

The metal surfaces can be cleaned with a soft cloth and some car wax. Do not use wax in a
spray or pump bottle, as the wax may then come into contact with the computer unit.

Do not use strong or corrosive chemicals for cleaning, this can damage the computer unit.
Clean the surface with a cleaning agent for computer monitors and the like.

Be careful when the product is lifted and moved, to avoid damage.

The brake pad is subjected to heavy wear. Check the brake pad before each use.

Make sure that the safety and warning labels on the product are complete and legible.
Replace any labels that have become illegible or been lost.

owner/user is responsible that the product is correctly maintained. Replace any damaged
parts immediately. Do not use the product if it is not working properly. Only use parts and
accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
