RECOVERY
• RECOVERY can only be used when PULSE
is activated.
• Press RECOVERY to start the recovery
function while the pulse function is
activated.
MODE
• Press to confirm the set values.
• Press to show the main display screen.
• Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset all
the function values
SET
• Press to set the required values for the
functions.
• Press and hold to quickly change the
values for the functions.
RESET
• Press to reset the values for the functions.
• Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset all
the function values
Functions
• The functions TIME, DISTANCE and
CALORIES can only be used one at a time.
• When switching functions, the settings for
the first function are reset automatically.
• When setting the time in the function
TIME and then switching to DISTANCE, the
set time is reset.
• When the set values for STROKES, TIME,
DISTANCE or CALORIES count down to 0,
the corresponding symbol on the display
flashes for 10 seconds. During continued
training counting starts to count upwards.
10. Pull out the pin (77) and washer (118)
and fold out the aluminium rail. Lock the
aluminium rail again with the pin (77)
and washer (118).
11. Connect the cable from the training cable
to the pulse cable (63) and sensor cable
(43). Fit the training computer with the
crosshead screw with round head (45).

USE
NOTE:
• Use the transport wheels to transport
the machine.
• Be careful when folding up and folding
out.
• When folding together place the seat in
the upright position.

1. Turn the resistance setting knob to select
between 8 steps, 1 is the minimum
resistance, 8 is the greatest resistance.

2. Use the pedal straps and secure the feet
on the pedals.
TRAINING COMPUTER
NOTE:
• The display switches off automatically
after 4 minutes of inactivity. The display
is activated when rowing is started or if
a button is activated.
• Take out and insert the batteries if the
display or functions do not work
correctly.
