Rhythm

As an alternative to regular metronome beats, the ES520 digital piano also features a variety of drum rhythms to
accompany most playing styles and musical genres.



Turning the Rhythm on/off

Press the RHYTHM button.

The LED indicator for the RHYTHM button will turn on to indicate
that the Rhythm function is in use, and a drum pattern will start
to play.

Press the or RHYTHM buttons to select the desired rhythm
type.

Press the RHYTHM button again to stop the rhythm. The LED
indicator for the RHYTHM button will turn off.



Adjusting the Rhythm tempo

Press the RHYTHM button.

Press the or MENU buttons to select “Tempo”, then press
the or VALUE buttons to adjust the value of the Rhythm
tempo.

* The tempo can be adjusted within the range of 10~300 beats per

minute (BPM).

* To reset the tempo to 120, press the and VALUE buttons

simultaneously.



Changing the Rhythm pattern

Press the RHYTHM button.

Press the or MENU buttons to select “Rhythm”, then press
the or VALUE buttons to select the desired Rhythm type.

* 100 types of rhythm patterns are available as choices.
