Use the TRANSPOSE button to raise or lower the piano’s key in half steps.
This is especially useful when you have learned a song in one key and
have to play it in another key. The transpose feature allows you to play
the song in the original key, but hear it in another key.

OPERATION
To switch from the standard key to the desired key, press the
TRANSPOSE button. The LED above the TRANSPOSE button will
be turned on to indicate that the piano is now transposed.
The LED display gives the number that represents how many half
steps up or down from the standard key.
Use the VALUE buttons to change the key while the TRANSPOSE
button is held down. “0” indicates the standard key. The piano can
be transposed up to 12 half steps higher or 12 half steps lower.
Press the TRANSPOSE button again to return to the standard key.
The transpose value will be reset to “0” after turning the power off.

There are ten other functions that control tuning, system, and MIDI
functions. They are Tuning, Temperament, MIDI Transmit and Receive
Channel, Transmit Program Change On/Off, Local On/Off, Multi-timbral
Mode, Channel Mute, Program Change Number, Lower Octave Shift and
Lower Pedal On/Off.

COMMON OPERATION
These functions are selected by pressing one of the SOUND SELECT
buttons while holding down both the TOUCH and the TRANSPOSE
buttons. Each SOUND SELECT button is assigned to the functions
listed below.
