HDS 42 Switch
The HDS 42 is used for automatically switching the satellite signal on a TV set/receiver between a receiver-independent,
automatic turntable and the HDS 166 antenna set.
This eliminates the need for reconnecting the coax cable when changing the source of the satellite signal.
Practical application:
If your fully automatic system has no direct line of sight of a satellite (no signal), e.g. due to an obstacle (tree, building,
etc.), you can simply connect the signal from a manual satellite system, which is freely positionable, to your TV set/
receiver via the external socket. The HDS 42 automatically switches over the signal.
The HDS 42 can only be used in combination with the CAP converter, software version 5.11 or higher.
