b. Fitting the Clamp (ZAS 120)

Attach the ZAS 120 azimuth/elevation clamp as shown in
the diagram on the right.

Further instructions for attaching the ZAS 120 clamp can
be found in the instructions supplied with the clamp.

Then use the hexagon key to tighten any two of the four
bolts fi nger-tight.

If you intend to fi t the antenna to a position lower than
the end of the mast, you must fi rst unscrew the mounting
bracket

from the clamp.
c. Preparing the Antenna

Unscrew the four screws from the retaining batten. Do
not yet remove the cardboard surround, until further
assembly steps. This protects the feed system support.
Swing the boom out until it lies on the end of the card-
board.

Lift up the parabolic refl ector. This allows the boom to
swing round further, until it registers in the locking point

.

Tighten the four bolts
S
(size 19). Tightening torque 37–43
Nm.
–
Hook the prepared antenna into the ZAS 120 clamp.
