USE:
1. Do not use anything metal, to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
2. When you have put your food to cook, watch it and turn it from time
to time. Temperature of the grill can be controlled from the adjustable
thermostat.
3. Small pieces of meat and/or fish cook quicker than big pieces.
4. Do not pierce the meat; this makes it lose some of its juices and some of
its flavour.
5. During cooking, any bits of food left behind should be removed
immediately in case they stick to the stone or the hotplate.
6. The stone used is a natural product, so when it is used small cracks may
appear. This is normal, and will not affect your appliance’s performance.
7. While the appliance is functioning, the stone accumulates heat, so you
can switch off 10 minutes before the end of the cooking.
8. The stone and hotplate must always be in place on their stand, when
item is in use. Never use the pans without the stone or hotplate. Too much
heat would be given off on top.
9. Place the pans, with food inside, under the stone or hotplate. Never put
an empty pan under the hot stone or hotplate.
10. The pans can also be used to cook meat, provided it is cut thin.
CLEANING:
• Before cleaning or moving this appliance, make sure the appliance is
unplugged and completely cooled.
• Heating plate and mini pan can be wiped by wet soft cloth.
• Do not flush the appliance directly by water or immerse it in the water. Do
not clean the appliance by spraying water.
• Let the stone plates dry completely before cleaning them
