Dephosphorizing:
If users need to clean the mineral of the surface of the appliance ( depho

sphorizing), which decided by the water quality in your area. If you found
that the working time of the appliance is longer, then you should depho
-
sphorize for the appliance as following methods:
1. Pour a half base of white vinegar in to the base.
2. Do not cover Base with any Steamer parts while cleaning.
3. Let the appliance which has been set for 20 minutes, cook until the timer
ring.
4. Let the food steamer cool down entirely.
5. Pour the white vinegar out of the water base.
6. Give the water base several rinses in cold water.
7. Dry all of the components before storing.

Steaming bowl, bowl divider, cover and drip tray:
After wash up them with hot soapy water, then rinse them with clean water
and dry them thoroughly.
The body of the food steamer:
Wipe the base with a clean damp cloth, and then dry it with a soft dry cloth.
Do not clean any parts with any wash-scrubber. To avoid ruining the base, do
not put it in dishwasher.
PRECAUTION: Do not immerse the body of the food steamer, cord and
socket into water or any other liquid.
CAUTION: Never use solvents and abrasives, hard brushes, metallic or sharp
object fro cleaning. Solvents are harmful to health and attack the plastic
parts. Abrasive cleaners and tools scratch the surface.
