Note: Apply blue thread lock to all screws, balls, and threads which it be

THE FUEL TANK CAP ASSEMBLY 

1)

 

Tighten the plug bolts until they are flush with the plug. 

2)

 

Insert plug fully into tank. 

3)

 

Rotate plug until bolts are level with tank mounding line 

4)

 

Tighten plug bolts (M2.5x20) by punctuate each one around 

until full 2 around.
