Replacing a lost Program Code
Note: The Keypad must be in Normal Mode otherwise this
will not work.
Make sure that the Mode LED is green before proceeding.
Remove all power from the system for 15 seconds
Press the “Release to Exit” (REX) Button
While button is still pressed-Apply power to the unit.
Release the REX button- You now have 15 seconds to program a new
Program code into the unit using the initial default code 123456, before the
controller reverts to the existing code.

Press # for 2 seconds
•
Enter Default Program Code 123456
•
Press 3
•
Enter new Program code
Replacing a lost Secure Code
Note: The Keypad must be in Secure Mode otherwise this will not work.
Make sure that the Mode LED is red before proceeding.
•
Remove all power for 15 seconds
•
Press and hold the “Release to exit” (REX) Button
While button is still pressed- Apply power to the unit
•
Release the REX Button-You now have 15 seconds to program a
new Secure code into the unit using the initial default code 383838,
before the controller reverts to the existing code.
•
Enter Default Secure code 383838
•
Enter # to return to Normal Mode
•
Press # for 2 seconds
•
Enter Default Program Code 123456
•
Press 4
•
Enter New Secure Code
