PROBABLE CAUSE
1. Dispenser dispenses water
only - no concentrate (with
concentrate pump working).
2. Finished drink too strong.
3. Finished drink too weak.
4. Finished drink too cold.
5. Air bubble visible in syrup
line BIB not empty.
6.Dispenses concentrate
only.
A. Concentrate motor turned off.
B. Tubing fed through pump incorrectly.
C. Out of concentrate.
D. Pump rollers not in the locked closed position.
A. Water flow or concentrate pump speed
requires adjustment.
B. Incorrect pump tubing.
A. Water and/or concentrate pump sped adjust-
ment required.
B. Incorrect pump tubing used.
A. If the dispenser was shut off, a 25 minute
heat up time is required.
A. Syrup line has loose connection or
is damaged.
A. Water switch in “off” position.
A. Position the switches to “ON”
position.
B. Feed tubing correctly.
C. Be sure quick connect is properly
engaged to BIB.
D. Rotate pump rollers to the closed
position.
A. Adjust pump speeds.
B. Call factory.

A. Allow dispenser to heat water-wait
for resady light.
B. Insure water source is on.
A. Secure loose connection or replace.
