Please read and comply with these origi-
nal instructions prior to the initial opera-
tion of your appliance and store them for
later use or subsequent owners.
Only drinking water from a public water supply can
be used to guarantee the water quality of the
emerging water.
If the drinking water supply must be tapped to in-
stall the appliance, this must be performed by
trained expert personnel that is in possession of a
permit that meets the local laws and regulations.
This work must be ordered by the customer if re-
quired.
To protect from water damage caused by a burst
water supply hose, we recommend the installation
of a Shut-off-valve and an aqua stop (sold sepa-
rately) in the water supply line.
Plastic surfaces must not be cleaned with alcohol-
containing, aggressive or abrasive detergents.
The surface cleaner CA 30 R (6.295-686.0) is rec-
ommended.
After initial start-up, filter changes and long periods
of disuse, dispensed water may temporarily be
milky in appearance. This is due to small air bub-
bles in the water and does not affect water quality.
