Drive forwards and increase sweep
roller contact pressure
Note:
Only for "floating" operating mode
Open/close container
ejection tailgate
Warning!
To open or close the container
ejector flap grip it at its front
Open container ejection tailgate
Container ejection tailgate locked
Lift and close container ejection
tailgate
Adjust driver seat
! Press the seat unlatching device
!
Displace the seat
! Release the seat unlatching
device
! Lock the seat by moving
backwards and forwards.
The seat is spring-loaded
The spring hardness can be
adjusted with the handwheel
Turn it clockwise:
The spring becomes firmer
Counterclockwise:
The spring becomes softer
Before every operation
General notes
! Stand sweeper on a flat surface
!
Remove the ignition key
!
Lock the hand brake
Testing and maintenance
work
!
Check engine oil level and top-up
!
Check and overhaul the water
cooler
!
Check the sweep roller
!
Check the tyre air pressure
! Refill fuel
! Adjust driver seat
!
Clean-down the dust filter

Commissioning
Start machine
! Sit on the driver seat.
! Driving pedals to neutral setting!
! Lock the hand brake
Notes:
The machine is equipped with a
seat contact switch. The sweeper
switches off automatically as the
driver leaves his seat
!
Pull out the accelerator 1/3.
Preheating
!
Insert the ignition key in the
ignition switch and set to
position 1.
Preheating pilot lamp lit
Start engine
! Turn ignition key to position 2
when preheating pilot lamp goes
out.
! Release the ignition key when
the engine has started.
Run machine
! Raise the sweep roller.
