Detergent nozzle element
The detergent nozzle determines the added amount
of detergent (RM) and must be ordered extra for eve-
ry injector.
Nozzle 08 is used to achieve the following values:
Foam injector
Order no. 3.637-054.0
Foam detergent mix for centrally supplied cleaning
systems, usable for central or local foam detergent
supply. The suction of foam detergent takes place as
per the flow principle, the spray pressure after the in-
jector is therefore lowered.
The foam injector is designed for the operation with
the foam nozzle 4.763-207.0, however, it can also be
used with detergent and double spray lance.
Bypass valve to bypass the nozzle insert.
Connections:

Inlet M 22 x 1.5 mm sealing cone with union nut
–
Outlet M 22 x 1.5 mm external thread with sealing
cone
Brass casing, nozzle insert made of stainless steel,
dosing volume can be adjusted via the dosing valve
including suction line with filter. Flow rate approx.
900 l/h, pressure approx. 100-120 bar.
