– Disconnect the appliance from the
electrical mains before all repair work.
– Electrical components may only be
inspected by the authorized customer
service.
7.1 Appliance does not Work
·
Check the mains voltage.
·
Check the connector cable for damage.
7.2 Appliance does not Reach
Pressure
·
Rotate the hand wheel on the hand spray gun
to maximum.
·
Adjust the 3-way nozzle to high pressure.
·
Clean and, if necessary, replace the 3-way
nozzle.
·
Fill the cleaning-agent tank or set the metering
valve to zero.
·
Ventilate the appliance (see Operation,
Ch. 5).
·
Clean the sieve in the water connection.
·
Check the water flow rate (see technical data,
Ch. 3).
·
Check all inlet pipes to the pump for leaks or
blockage.
7.3 Pump Leaks
·
3 drops per minute are permissible. Contact
customer service if leak is stronger.
7. Troubleshooting
7.4 Pump Knocks
·
Check all inlet pipes to the pump, including
cleaning-agent system, for leaks and
blockage.
·
Ventilate the appliance.
7.5 No Cleaning-Agent Suction
·
Adjust the 3-way nozzle to low pressure.
·
Clean the cleaning-agent suction hose
together with filter.
·
Clean the cleaning-agent metering valve.
·
Clean the non-return valve on the pump head
with the connection for the cleaning-agent
suction hose.
·
Check all cleaning-agent hoses and
connections for leaks.
7.6 Appliance Switches On and Off
Repeatedly
·
Clean the 3-way nozzle.
·
Use a larger nozzle if you are using high-
pressure extension hoses.
