Working with Media cards
The KML 5000 can work with two type media cards. The preferred is the MMC type,
however some SD cards may work as well. Size of the card is not important. It really
depends on what you are willing to spend. The actual internal memory of the KML is
only 32 MB, so even a 128MB is little large. However, with a large media card, data
from several units or even a whole fleet can be stored on the same card.
Figure 3-4 shows some of the more common media card types.
