Step 4: Attach TV to Wall Plate

Remove the captive Nylock Nuts and washers from the Vertical
Support, as shown in Diagram G, and ensure that the top
captive nut on the Vertical Support is loosened. Use two people
to lift the TV and “H” Assembly onto the Tilt Head Plate. Hook
and seat the “H” Assembly on the Tilt Head Plate (see Diagram
G). Use caution during this step; until all the washers and Nylock
nuts are installed the TV will remain unstable on the mount.
Install the bottom two washers and Nylock nuts as shown in
Diagram G, and tighten all three nuts using a socket driver.

CAUTION

Read this section carefully prior to install.

The PDX650 and PDX650W have four cable management clips
pre-installed to the bottom of the wishbone arms. To use a clip,
remove the screw at the back end of the clip using a Phillips
screwdriver, swing the clip to one side and insert your cable(s).
Swing the clip back into place, then insert and tighten the
screw.

You can make minor (±3º) adjustments to the horizontal level
of the TV after installation. Loosen the two Nylock nuts on the
Tilt Head Plate as shown in Diagram H. Use a level to adjust the
horizontal level of the TV. Re-tighten the nuts using a socket
driver.

Step 6: Tilt the TV

WARNING

Use two people to lift and position the TV onto the Tilt Head Plate.

The PDX650 and PDX650W will tilt +15°/−3° to provide the ideal
viewing angle. Loosen the four Tilt Nuts on both sides of the
Tilt Head Plate and tilt the TV to the desired angle (See Diagram
I). When the TV is at the desired angle, re-tighten the four Tilt
Nuts with only enough tension to prevent tilt movement. Do
not over-tighten.
