Damage in shipment by U.P.S.:
1. You MUST notify U.P.S. immediately so that they can
inspect the damage. U.P.S. will return the damaged
merchandise to us.
2. Notify our company as to the nature of the damage, parts
missing, etc. We will then assume responsibility for
disposition of the damages with U.P.S.
Important Note: Do not destroy any of the cartons in which
the merchandise was shipped. No claim for damage in shipment
can be made unless the original cartons are available for
inspection.
Damage in shipment by Parcel Post:
1. Take the damaged merchandise, in the original carton,
to your local Post Office as soon as possible after damage
is discovered; also request a damage claim form.
