KANE79 battery compartment is located underneath the belt clip

Belt clip is spring loaded to prevent rotation in normal use.
1. Lift belt clip at pivot end against the spring by a few millimeters then rotate
90 degree to clear battery compartment cover.
2. Remove cover and replace battery

We recommended alkaline
batteries.
Always recycle spent battery through an approved battery recycling scheme.
3. Replace cover and rotate belt clip back to normal position.
WARNING!
Always check your monitor for correct operation after replacing battery and
always zero in outdoor fresh air.
