Tutti i contatti del connettore a spina sono in posizione
dritta? Può essere che un pin sia piegato per un erra
to inserimento? Il connettore a spina è correttamente
inserito?
Test di funzionamento (prima del montaggio):
Tutti gli apparecchi vengono accuratamente controllati
durante e alla fine della produzione. Ripetere il cont
rollo seguente prima del montaggio: collegare il cavo
di massa con il polo negativo della batteria della vettu
ra ed il cavo positivo, che include il fusibile, con il polo
positivo della batteria (a motore spento). Le piastre ad
alta tensione devono essere appoggiate su una base
isolante e asciutta (in cartone, legno). Entro massimo
3 minuti, entrambi i LED luminosi installati nel modulo
dovrebbero lampeggiare brevemente con un intervallo
compreso tra 1 - 12 secondi. Se ciò succede, il siste
ma anti-martore funziona correttamente e può essere
montato. Attenzione! Dopo lo spegnimento è possibile
che sulle piastre ad alta tensione sia ancora presente
per circa 1 minuto l‘alta tensione. Prima del montaggio
provvedere innanzitutto a scaricare l‘alta tensione (v.
Istruzione d‘uso alla voce „Lavori di manutenzione“).
Durante il controllo prestare attenzione a non toccare
le piastre ad alta tensione! Se l‘apparecchio non funzio
na, benché il test si sia svolto positivamente, è presente
chiaramente un errore in fase di installazione (v. istru
zione di montaggio).
Indicazione relativa allo stacco della spina di contatto:
Per aprire facilmente la spina, premere innanzitutto le
due parti una contro l‘altra. Poi spingere la linguetta
verso il basso separando contemporaneamente le due
estremità
Informazioni generali:
E la vettura è già stata „attaccata“ dalle martore, sono
sicuramente presenti delle tracce che devono essere
assolutamente rimosse prima del montaggio del sis
tema anti-martore. A tale scopo si consiglia un lavag
gio accurato del motore oppure l‘utilizzo di prodotti
specifici per rimuovere questo tipo di odori. Gli ani
mali „marcano“ spesso anche la zona sotto la vettura
o l‘area di parcheggio. E‘ necessario che anche questi
punti vengono puliti con una spazzola e del detergente
per rimuovere le tracce di martore. La mancata pulizia
potrebbe incoraggiare la martora a difendere il proprio
territorio.
I nostri dispositivi anti-martore con piastre di contatto
ad alta tensione ed emissione di ultrasuoni hanno un
effetto estremamente efficace nella difesa dalle marto
re. Nonostante ciò, non possiamo garantire che la mar
tora sarà scacciata nel 100 % dei casi!
Notare nel caso di messa in servizio esterno, ricarica
veloce della batteria e saldatura:
Le preghiamo di togliere il fusibile della spaventa mar
tore per protezione dell’apparecchio.
Smaltimento:
I moduli o gli apparecchi fuori uso non devono essere
gettati nella spazzatura. Devono essere portati ai punti
di raccolta preposti per lo smaltimento degli apparec

Waterdicht volgens IP65:
De toegangszone van de marter kon tot heden enkel
onder voorwaarden beveiligd worden, omdat de af
schriktoestellen voor marters tegen vuil en spatwater
beschermd in de motorruimte geïnstalleerd moesten
worden. Doordat de beschermklasse IP 65* (water- en
vuilbestendig) op het besturingstoestel en de contac
tplaten bereikt werd, kan de M5700N nu direct in de
toegangsopeningen van de dieren naar de motorruim
te gemonteerd worden.
Afschrikking door middel van hoogspanning, ultraso

Werkingsaanwijzingen:
De geproduceerde ultrasoon tonen worden door de
marters als uiterst onaangenaam ervaren en worden
daarom in de mate van het mogelijke vermeden. Mocht
een zeer agressieve marter toch binnendringen, zal hij
tijdens het kruipen door de motorruimte een hevige
slag krijgen, wanneer hij een van de geïnstalleerde
hoogspanningsplaten met snuit of poten aanraakt. Het
duurt dan korte tijd tot de hoogspanning zich weer
heeft opgebouwd. In deze periode kan de marter onts
nappen. Hij zal door de elektrische schok niet gedood
worden.
Opbouwhandleiding:
Neem tijdens de montage de zekering van het toestel
ut de zekeringenhouder. In de motorruimte van het
motorvoertuig worden de besturingseenheid en de
luidsprekersatellieten zodanig aangebracht dat deze
niet door te sterke hittestraling (bijvoorbeeld in de
buurt van de uitlaat) oververhit en niet met een vuil
laag overtrokken kunnen worden. De locatie moet
strategisch gekozen worden, in overeenstemming met
de inkomplaatsen en loopwegen van de marter. De
luidsprekers moeten zodanig aangebracht worden dat
het ultrasoon metalen membraan vrij naar de „mar
ter-bijtgevaarlijke-plaatsen“ in de auto wijzen. Ultraso
on breidt zich uit als licht. „Geluidsschaduwen“ door
hindernissen beperken de werkingsradius. Daarom
zijn er in totaal 6 luidsprekers, om het geluid breed te
spreiden. De metalen oppervlakken van de luidsprekers
moeten in de buurt van de geleidende plaatsen van de
auto gemonteerd worden, mogen deze echter niet aan
raken (minimum afstand 10 mm), omdat de opgeladen
hoogspanning anders kortgesloten zou worden!
De kabels van de besturingseenheid worden volgens
het schakelschema (zie boven) aangesloten: De mi
nuskabel wordt met het voertuigchassis elektrisch
geleidend verbonden (minuspool 12 V). De pluskabel
met de ingebouwde zekeringenhouder wordt met de
pluspool van het boordnet van de auto verbonden.
Een ingebouwde automatische werking zorgt ervoor
dat de marterverschrikker alleen bij uitgeschakelde
motor in bedrijf gaat.
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen:
De kabels moet en zodanig
gelegd worden dat deze geen kortsluiting kunnen ver
oorzaken (isolatie niet geschuurd wordt of door te gro
te hitte smelt). De installatie moet zodanig gemonteerd
worden dat in dergelijke gevallen geen brandschade
kan ontstaan.
De zekering die voor de montage uit de zekeringenhou
der genomen werd, wordt weer gemonteerd.
Wanneer alles correct aangesloten werd en het voertu
ig zich in parkeerpositie bevindt, bouwt de hoogspan
ning zich op de contactplaten op. Nu mag niemand de
opgeladen luidsprekers aanraken! De LEDs op de luid
sprekers en de LEDs op de besturingseenheid moeten
knipperen. Het toestel controleert constant de aanwe
zigheid van de hoogspanning en geeft dit door middel
van de gekenmerkte LED aan. Wanneer u nu de motor
inschakelt moet de marterafschrikking uitgeschakeld
worden (de LEDs gaan uit).
Ultrasoon is voor de mens niet hoorbaar. Ook hier
wordt de correcte werking door de knipperende LED
aangegeven.
Breng de meegeleverde gele waarschuwingssticker
goed zichtbaar in de motorruimte aan (bijvoorbeeld
op de behuizing van de luchtfilter).
Gevarenaanwijzingen tijdens onderhoudswerken
Na uitschakeling van het toestel door de zekering te
verwijderen of bij installatie van een andere schakelaar
zou anders de hoogspanning nog 1 min. op de contac
tplaten aanwezig zijn. Deze tijd heeft de geïnstalleer
de laadcondensator nodig voor de ontlading. In deze
periode kan het voor zieke of schokgevoelige mensen
gevaarlijk zijn wanneer deze gelijktijdig de autochassis
en het metalen oppervlak van de luidsprekers aanraken
(elektrische schok):
Door de waarschuwingssticker in de motorruimte aan
te brengen, moet u op dit gevaar wijzen.
Beoogd gebruik:
Om marters uit motorvoertuigen of ruimtes te verdri
jven.
Checklijst voor het zoeken naar fouten:
Wanneer de hoogspanningscontrolelamp niet knip
pert dan betekent dit dat er geen hoogspanning is.
Wanneer de LEDs knipperen, is de marterafschrik
king ingeschakeld en krijgt hij stroom Wanneer de
hoogspannings-LED niet knippert, is er waarschijnlijk
een kortsluiting tussen een of meerdere hoogspan
nings-metaal-luidsprekerkappen en de voertuigmassa
of een elektrisch geleidende slang. Er kan ook voch
tigheid zijn (spatwater of transpiratiewater) dat de
metalen kap met de voertuigchassis kortsluit (kru
ipstromen). Dergelijke fouten moeten verholpen wor
den. Daarna knippert de hoogspannings-controlelamp
opnieuw.
De LED, gekenmerkt met het luidspreker-symbool in
het besturingstoestel controleert of de ultrasoon toon
generator werkt (knippert onregelmatig in langere af
standen).
Of het toestel is uitgeschakeld omdat de motor loopt/
de ontsteking aan is. De automatische in- en uitscha
keling werkt met een vertraging van enkele seconden!
Bij de eerste ingebruikname is het mogelijk dat het tot
3 minuten duurt tot de hoogspanning zich heeft opge
bouwd.
Staan alle contacten in de stekkerverbinder naar het
basistoestel recht? Of is de pin naar de zijkant gebogen
door incorrect insteken? Is de stekkerverbinder correct
in elkaar gestoken? (er bevindt zich een insluitdeel zij
delings aan de stekkerverbinder).

Check list for troubleshooting:
If the high-voltage control lamp does not flash, this in
-
dicates that there is no more high-voltage. If the LEDs
flash, the marten scarer is switched on and receives
current. If the high-voltage LED does not flash, the
-
re is probably a short-circuit between one or several
high-voltage metal loudspeaker domes and the vehicle
ground or an electroconductive tube. It may also be hu
-
midity (splash or condensation water), which short-cir
-
cuits the metal hood with the vehicle chassis (leakage
currents). Such mistakes should be corrected. Then the
high-voltage control lamp flashes again.
The LED marked with the loudspeaker symbol in the
control unit checks whether the ultrasonic sound gene
-
rator functions (flashes irregularly at longer intervals).
Or the device has turned off because the motor is run
-
ning/the ignition is on. The automatic switching on and
off functions with a delay of some seconds! When star
-
ting up for the first time, it may happen that it takes up
to 3 minutes until the high-voltage has built up.
Are all contacts in the plug connector towards the ba
-
sic device straight? Or has a pin been bent to the side
by being plugged in crookedly? Has the plug connector
been assembled in the right direction? (There is a latch
nose on the side of the plug connector.)
To be observed before installation – functional test:
All devices are carefully checked during and at the end
of production. Please repeat this test before installati
-
on: Connect the earth cable with the negative pole of
the car battery and the positive cable with the built-
in fuse with the positive pole of the car battery (whi
-
le the motor is off). The high-voltage satellites should
lie on an insulating and dry pad (cardboard, wood).
Both light-emitting diodes incorporated in the modu
-
le should flash shortly at an interval of 1 - 12 seconds
after 3 minutes at the latest. Then the marten scarer is
okay and may be installed. Attention! The high-volta
-
ge plates may still remain charged up to 1 minute after
switching off. Please discharge at first before the ins

tallation (see Instructions for Use under “Maintenance
work“).
During the test please make sure not to touch the
high-voltage plates! If the device does not function des
-
pite a positive test, this is clearly due to an assembly
error (see Assembly Instructions).

Instruction for releasing the contact plug:
To make it easier to open the plug, first of all push both
parts firmly into each other. Only then press the strap
down and pull apart both ends at the same time.
General information:
If martens have already been in your vehicle, the ani
-
mals have certainly left scent marks. It is absolutely
necessary to neutralize these scent marks before as
-
sembling the marten defense. A thorough motor wash
or the K&K scent mark remover item no. 000300 are
suitable for this purpose. Furthermore, the animals
often leave scent marks identifying their territory on
the parking lot below your vehicle. If you always use
the same parking lot, these should be removed, too, by
using a scrubber and dishwashing detergent. If you do
without this measure, the marten might be encouraged
to defend its territory.
Our marten scarers with high-voltage contact plates
and aggressive ultrasonic sounds are extremely effec

tive in deterring martens. Nevertheless, we cannot gu
-
arantee that the marten will be actually scared off in
100% of all case!
To be observed in case of external start, rapid charging
and welding:
For protection against excessive voltage peaks, please
remove the fuse of the marten defence.

Pokyny k funkci:
Vznikající ultrazvukové tóny vnímají kuny jako velmi ot

ravné. Proto se se jim podle možnosti vyhýbají. Pokud
by přesto obzvlášť agresivní kuna měla vniknout, dost

ane při lezení v motorovém prostoru řádný zásah, když
se čenichem nebo prackou dotkne některé zabudo

vané vysokonapěťové desky. Poté netrvá dlouho, až je
vysoké napětí opět k dispozici. V této době může kuna
utéci. Zásah proudem ji neusmrtí.
Montážní návod:
V průběhu montáže prosím vyjměte z držáku pojistku
zařízení. V motorovém prostoru vozidla jsou řídicí jed
-
notka a reproduktory umístěny tak, aby se nepřehřívali
působením vyzařování velkého horka (např. v blízkosti
kolena výfukového potrubí) a nemohly být povlečeny
vrstvou nečistoty. Poloha by měla být strategicky zvo
-
lena dle míst pro vstup a pohyb kuny. Reproduktory by
přitom měly být umístěny tak, aby byla kovová ultraz
-
vuková membrána pokud možno bez překážek oriento

vána na místa v autě nejvíc ohrožena kousáním kuny.
Ultrazvuk se šíří jako světlo. Účinnost je snižována „zvu

kovými stíny“ způsobenými překážkami. Z tohoto důvo

Kovové povrchy reproduktorů by měly být namonto

Kabely řídicí jednotky jsou zapojeny dle schématu

Kladný vodič se zabudovaným držákem pro pojistku je
spojen s kladným pólem sítě v palubní desce auta.

Bezpečnostní pokyny:
Kabely musí být položeny tak,
aby nemohly vyvolat zkraty (izolace se nepředře nebo
neroztaví příliš velkým teplem). Zařízení by mělo být
namontované tak, aby v takovém případě nemohly vz

niknout škody z požáru.
Uvedení do provozu:
Pojistka, která byla před montáží vyjmuta z držáku, je
opět zabudována.
Pokud bylo vše zapojeno správně a vozidlo se nachází
na parkovišti, vytváří se na kontaktních deskách vysoké
napětí. Nyní se nikdo nesmí dotknout nabitých repro
-
duktorů! LED na reproduktorech a LED na řídicí jednot
-
ce musí blikat. Zařízení průběžně kontroluje přítomnost
vysokého napětí a toto signalizuje pomocí příslušně
označené LED. Když nyní zapnete motor, musí se odpu
-
zovač kun vypnout (vypnou se LED).
Ultrazvuk není pro lidi slyšitelný. Také zde je funkčnost
signalizována blinkající LED.
Upevněte prosím dobře viditelně společně dodanou
žlutou výstražnou nálepku v motorovém prostoru
(např. na pouzdro vzduchového filtru).
Upozornění na nebezpečí při údržbářských pracích
Po vypnutí zařízení odstraněním pojistky nebo v
případě montáže jiného spínače by jinak bylo vysoké
napětí až 1 min. na kontaktních deskách. Tuto dobu
potřebuje zabudovaný nabíjecí kondenzátor k vybití.
Tato doba by mohla být nebezpečná pro nemocné a na
šok náchylné lidi, když se současně dotknou kostra auta
a kovový povrch reproduktorů (elektrický zásah):
Umístěním varovné nálepky v motorovém prostoru
byste měli na toto nebezpečí upozornit.
