Operation and Maintenance of New Vehicle
In order to make full use of the vehicle performance, prolong the
service life of electric vehicle, enhance the reliability of work and
the economy of use.
During the break-in period of new vehicle, the operation should
follow the following instructions:
①
The vehicle should move forward slowly, and it is
prohibited to violently accelerate the vehicle and drive the
vehicle at maximum speed for a long time.
②
Unless there is an emergency, try to avoid emergency
braking.
③
Within the first 2,000km mileage, the vehicle should run at
appropriate vehicle speed.
④
The vehicle should not run at a fixed speed for a long time
during driving, but should run at a varying speed to fully
realize running-in of the moving parts.
⑤
The driving battery cannot be discharged deeply. After the
battery is discharged, must charge it at that day.
⑥
When the new vehicle has been driven for three months or
2000 ~ 2500km mileage (whichever is earlier), must drive
your vehicle to the “Service Center” for compulsory
maintenance.
Caution!
Before driving, make sure that parking brake is fully released to
avoid damaging brake pads. Filling and changing of transmission
fluid must be operated according to the instructions. When
replacing fuse, be sure to check if the rated current of new fuse is
correct. Never slam on the accelerator and pump the accelerator
pedal frequently, so as not to shorten the service life of motor and
controller.
Safety Operating Manual
Please do not exceed rated load or drive on a ramp road with
gradient more than the limit. otherwise, it may result in damage to
the motor and electric control system, and shorten service life of
the complete vehicle.
If the voltage of the driving battery is too low, the system will
reduce output power of the electric motor automatically (the
maximum driving speed of the vehicle will decrease), and finally,
be disconnected from the power supply automatically for
protection. At this moment, the electric door switch will be
returned to the original position, and then re-open, so power of the
system will resume, however, you should not drive your vehicle at
this moment, and should charge the driving battery.
If the resistance during driving of the vehicle is too big (such as
driving on a uphill road), resulting in current of the system being
excessively big, the system will automatically reduce output
