Let’s assume that sensors is applied to a rotor and it is counting teeths.
There are 72 teeth for one RPM, which equals to 72 pulses. Table 19 shows
appropriate settings for this assumption. Your case will be probalby have a
different number of pulses.

Fuel Flow
Fuel flow sensors are active sensors with
pulse
output. Each sensors gives
out specific number of pulses per some volume and this value must be set to
Daqu. Daqu expects number of pulses per liter.
Sensors are either calibrated, where each sensors has its own value attached
to it (FloScan sensors, for example), or a general number for all sensors of the
same type is given (FT-60, for example).
