4 Tariff shifting Function
The tariff shifting function allows two tariff shiftings on weekdays and two tariff
shiftings during weekends as illustrated in the table below.
Furthermore, low tariff can be active on 30 optional days.

It is possible to have two shiftings within 60 mins.
