17. TOOL INDICATIONS AND WARNING SIGNALS
17.1 CHARGE LEVEL INDICATION
To determine your pruner battery charge level your pruner is supplied with
a simple to read LED readout which features 3 green and 1 red light. To
illuminate the readout, hold the button down on the handle of the tool. The
readout is located on the back of the handle.
When all 3 green lights are illuminated then your battery is near to full
capacity. Depending on operating variables such as diameter of cut, density
of wood and frequency of the cuts a typical battery charge will last 3-4 hours.
When the red light is illuminated then you should charge the battery
as soon as possible.
17.2 WARNING TONE OF THE BATTERY
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical
parts for replacement. This will ensure the safety of the power tool.
Note: Pruners that have cut over 100,000 times, require
comprehensive inspection and maintenance.
