High/Low speed selection
Use the “High” for drilling application.
Use the “Low” form screwdriver application.
Select the applied torque
Use the 10 sections adjustment ring to select the right torque for your application.
Drill mode
Turn the torque ring to the sign for the maximum torque position if you would like to drill on wood.
Replacement of the carbon brush
Replace the carbon brush while the motor is not rotated and the carbon brush is run out.
(Replace the motor after the carbon brush has been replaced 2–3 times)
Replacement procedure is as follows:
1. Use T10 size bit to loosen the side panel screws and remove side panel by hand. (Fig.1)
2. Take out the carbon brush. (Fig.2)
3. Put the new carbon brush and side panel into the housing in proper order.
4. Refer to picture for the direction of installing the carbon brush. (Fig.3-4)
5. Lock the side panel clockwise by using T10 size bit. (Fig.5)
