Care of the Glass Bowl
•
Do not use strong detergents or abrasive cloths/liquid, as
this will damage the bowl.
•
Clean the bowl with warm soapy water. The bowl is suitable
for cleaning in the dishwasher. If there is still some residue
then it may help to soak the parts for a short time.
Care of the main housing, Lid & Basket
•
Do not use bleaching agent to clean these parts, as this will
damage the unit.
Hand washing –
This is our recommended method of
cleaning these parts.
•
Clean these parts in warm soapy water.
•
If there is still some residue then it may help to soak the
parts for a short time.
Dishwashing
•
NOTE – Prolonged dishwashing may dull the finish of the
unit. To minimize this, we recommend that the main housing
is dish washed by itself and at the lowest temperature
setting.
•
THOROUGHLY dry all parts after cleaning.
•
Leave the lid to drain properly before replacing the lid onto
the bowl.
STORING
•
Wait until the deep fat fryer is completely cool before
storing.
•
The unit can be stored with the oil inside. Ensure that the lid
is positioned correctly to avoid dust getting into the oil.
Check that there is no water in your oil before reusing the
oil.
