Installation:
Your new Kalor stove/boiler stove should be installed by correctly qualified and
experienced personnel only. As with any heating appliance, incorrect installation can be
extremely dangerous and may lead to personal injury or even death. We recommend that
your installer is fully qualified and appropriately experienced in the installation of stoves
and boilers and is also a competent plumber if appropriate (boilers and boiler stoves).
Stove Warranty
Your new Kalor appliance warranty is valid for
two years with the following exclusions
:
The following components are covered by 12 month warranty only:

Combustion burnpots
•
Ignition elements
The following components are not covered under product warranty:
•
Door glass
•
Door and other gasket seals
•
Paint
•
Tiles (where relevant)
•
Remote control
•
Combustion chamber side panels
•
Any damage caused by installer or
customer negligence or poor practices
Warranty is applicable, only where your appliance has been installed, commissioned and is
maintained, as recommended by the manufacturer. It is very important to understand that
any and all warranty claims may be rejected should your stove/boiler not be commissioned
by one of our Authorised Technicians. See below for further details.

PLEASE NOTE:
Commissioning of your appliance
MUST
be carried out by an Authorised Kalor Technician.
If stove is not commissioned by an Authorised Kalor Technician within 30 days of
installation, warranty is immediately voided.
