4. Disable Secondary MQTT (TCP/5300 or custom)
Skip this step if you choose to use this method of communication
Using the Kaiterra Configuration Tool, connect to the device.
Navigate to the Configure tab.
Ensure that the “Secondary MQTT URI” field is blank.
5. Disable Wi-Fi
Skip this step if you choose to use this method of communication
Using the Kaiterra Configuration Tool, connect to the device.
Navigate to the Configure tab.
Ensure that the SSID field is blank.
6. Ensure that Configuration Mode is disabled (TCP/80 and TCP/9000)
Using the Kaiterra Configuration Tool, connect to the device.
Navigate to the Configure tab.
Navigate to the bottom of the page, and select “Disabled configuration
mode”.
After this has been selected, the only way to reconnect to the device and
change settings is by performing a factory reset of the device. This will clear
all settings stored within the device.
