2) Input network SSID and select security type.

6.3.3 Mobile Network
You may connect the pad to 3G network.
Please insert the USIM card into the pad and turn off the pad. Turn on
the pad again and you will see 3G information in status bar when you
are able to browse web pages, send messages, make calls etc.
Note: When using a mobile network, you may find there is no signal or
the signal is too weak, because the signal depends on the local mobile
network coverage.
6.3.4 Bluetooth
Bluetooth is the short-ranged wireless communication technology by
which the uses can exchange information with each other when the
distance is within 10 meters and no physical connection is required.
When users send messages by way of Bluetooth, as long as the
distance between them doesn’t exceed the range as specified, there is
no need to connect any cables to their pads even if the users might be
in different rooms.
