Choosing gas
Propane gas cylinders can be used throughout the entire year. Butane gas cylinders work best during the summer – they are distinctly less efficient at temperatures
under +10 °C.
5. We recommend using an 11 kg gas cylinder that does not exceed 600 mm in height and <300 in diameter, for best performance.
6. Do not allow cylinders to be filled beyond 80% capacity. Over-filled cylinders can create a dangerous condition due to pressure build-up and cause the valve
to expel propane gas vapours. The vapour is combustible and if it comes in contact with a spark source or flame, an explosion causing severe burns, bodily
harm or death could occur.
7. Always use a protective cylinder cap when the appliance is not connected to the cylinder.
