Please keep this user guide for reference. All users of KABI Pressure Sprayers KA5010 and KA5015 Series
should read the instructions and precautions in this manual before use.
Sprayer with RED label
For dilute acids.
(pH 2-8)*
Sprayer with GREEN label
For pH-neutral fluids.
(pH 4-9)*
Sprayer with BLUE label
For dilute alkaline fluids.
(pH 7-14)*
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Make sure the pressure washer is suitable for the liquid.
2. Fill the container with liquid (KA5010 - 1 liter / KA5015 - 1.5 liter).
3. Apply and tighten the spray head so that the container becomes airtight.
4. Pump the plunger to pump air into the sprayer, to create an overpressure.
5. By adjusting the nozzle, the desired spray mode is set (fine spray or jet).
6. To release the pressure in the container, pull up the red vent stick.
7. Be careful. Never spray against the wind. Wear safety glasses and gloves.
8. Generally it is recommended that the liquid is not in contact with the skin.

MAINTENANCE
A. The plunger should be oiled regularly.
B. Always release the pressure in the unit after use and before storage.
C. Clean the pump with clean water (max. + 30°C) or a suitable detergent after use.
D. The warranty period does not apply to gaskets as these are wear parts.
E. Gasket sets can be obtained through your KABI dealer.
