MATBOI 480 T and MATBOI 650 T pop-up protection
The pop-up protection is optional and can be retrofitted. As a rule, it is supplied assembled.

Fitting the pop-up protection
► Loosen the safety bolt on the swivel arm and swivel the swivel arm outwards until the safety bolt
engages.
► Release the star knob brake.
► Remove the bearing plate.
► Attach the pop-up protection to the swivel arm with 6 screws,
making sure that the straight edge points in the direction of the cable guide.
► Insert the bearing plate.
► Tighten the star knob brake.
► If necessary, insert a ring collar. See Fig. 18.
► Place the counter plate on the ring collar. See 12, Pg. 12.
► Loosen the safety bolt on the swivel arm and swivel the swivel arm inwards until the safety bolt en-
gages.

Pop-up protection is mounted.
