Navigating the Setup Menu 

MISC SETUP

: Select 

MISC 

in the setup menu, and display the submenu: 

Use Default Settings 

Reset setup data to factory default and re-load disc. 

Screen saver

OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS 

 

[POWER] Button 

Press the [

POWER

] button to turn on/off this unit. The main unit must be  

Connected to the power supply. 
 

[OPEN/CLOSE] Button 

To eject the disc tray, press the [

OPEN/CLOSE

] button. To close the disc tray, press the 

[

OPEN/CLOSE

] again. 

 

[0 – 9] Buttons 

These buttons are used to input the time, as well as title, chapter and track numbers. 
When a numeric item is displayed on the screen, press the 0-9 keys to select the desired entry, 
and press the [

OK

] button to confirm. 

When a VCD is playing (with PBC off), press the 0-9 keys to select a track directly. 
 

[GOTO] Button

 

For DVDs, press this button to choose the desired title and chapter and search the desired title 
time and chapter time. 
For Super VCDs, VCDs, or CDs, press this button to search the desired disc time and track 
time and choose the desired track. 

Notes

: during VCD playback, the PBC mode must be set to OFF. 

 

[ZOOM] Button 

While playing back a DVD, press the [

ZOOM

] button to zoom in or out the image. This function 

differs depending on the type of disc. 
 

[MENU] Button 

During DVD playback, press the [

MENU

] button to display the disc menu of the current title. 

During VCD/SVCD playback, press the [

MENU

] button to control PBC ON/OFF. 

Note: 

This function is subject to the disc.

 

 

[SUBTITLE] Button 

While playing back a DVD, press the [

SUBTITLE

] button to turn on the subtitle and to select the 

language for the subtitle. This function depends on the DVD. 

 
[TITLE] Button 

While playing back a DVD, press the [

TITLE

] button to display the DVD title menu or play back 

the first title when the DVD disc doesn’t support the title menu. This function depends on the 
disc type. 
 

[AUDIO] Button 

During DVD/SVCD playback, press the [

AUDIO

] button to select different audio languages. 

During VCD/CD/MP3 playback, the [

AUDIO

] button acts as L/R key to switch 

LEFT/RIGHT/MIX/STEREO.
