Fix the metal pipe P4 on the metal frame P2 and P3 with fitting

1) fix the metal pipe P4 on the metal frame P2 and P3 with
fitting A2;
2) fix panel 2 on the metal frame P2 and P3 with fitting B.
3)Lock P3 with part B, then lock the anti-fall device to the
wall.
