TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM #1

Readout is blank and alarm "beeps"

- This indicates that incorrect or no information is

coming from the fish.
Possible causes:

1) Broken cable.
2) Damaged cable connector (where fish cable plugs into control box).
3) Bad preamp in fish.

PROBLEM #2

Proton 4 stops cycling

- One or both 12 volt batteries need recharged.
