SOLID RED
FAULT
– There is a malfunction in one or several of your
Shield Compact’s components.
In this case, your Shield Compact can still run in
Continuous or Boost mode. However, it will not perform
as well as normal.
Make sure to check that the Shield Compact’s air
inlet and outlet gratings are not obstructed. If the fault
persists, contact JVD’s after sales service.
SOLID RED
POWER FAULT
– A power failure has been detected,
so your Shield Compact is non-operational.
Make sure to use the power cord included with the
appliance.

GENERAL FAULT
– A major fault has been detected in
your appliance. In this case, your Shield Compact will
be non-operational.
