3.1.12 Removing the heat sink

(See Fig.20)

• Remove the metal cover, front panel assembly, rear cover,

cassette chassis assembly, tuner, rear panel, video board, AC
board, micom board, speaker board and amplifier board.

(1) From the forward side of the amplifier board, remove the

four screws

(2) Remove the support board 1, support board 2 and IC

bracket.

(3) Remove the heat sink from the amplifier board.

• Remove the metal cover, front panel assembly, rear cover,

cassette chassis assembly, tuner, rear panel, video board, AC
board, micom board, speaker board, amplifier board and heat
sink.

Disconnect the connector

CN801

on the regulator board from the

amplifier board in the direction of the arrow.
