You can choose the desired picture setting.
USER
: You can change the picture setting as you like.
(PICTURE, BRIGHT, DETAIL, COLOR, TINT)
VIVID
: Heightens contrast and sharpness.
SOFT
: Softens contrast and sharpness.
DETAIL : To sharpen the picture. (For DVD mode)
CLEAR : To softens the picture. (For DVD mode)
PICTURE SETTING
You can adjust the desired picture setting when
selecting USER in PICTURE MODE.
• To return the setting to default, press the Blue button.
WHITE BALANCE
When DVD THEATER
STATUS set to ON,
WHITE BALANCE is not
available in VIDEO-2.
You can change the white balance of the picture to
better match the type of video being viewed.
NORMAL : Normal white balance.
COOL
: Bluish white.
WARM : Reddish white.
VNR
Only available in RF,
VIDEO-1 and VIDEO-3.
Reduce the amount of noise in original picture.
OFF
: VNR is turned off.
AUTO : Effect of VNR is automatically controlled.
MIN
: Effect of VNR becomes minimum level.
MAX
: Effect of VNR becomes maximum level.
MTS
Select the stereo and SAP broadcasted programs.
(STEREO : Stereo sound / SAP : Second Audio Programs
/ MONO : Monaural sound)
AI VOLUME
Prevent sudden increase or decrease of sound when
changing channels. (ON / OFF)
SOUND MODE
When SOUND MODE is
set to other than USER,
EQUALIZER function
become unavailable.
You can choose the desired sound setting.
USER
: Change the sound setting as you like.
Select USER and adjust the frequencies in
EQUALIZER (100, 300, 1K, 3K, 8K Hz).
MUSIC
: Emphasize on music effect.
CINEMA : Emphasize on movie sound.
NEWS
: Emphasize on vocal sound.
DRAMA : Emphasize on drama sound. (For DVD mode)
EQUALIZER
When CINEMA
SURROUND set to
ON, you cannot adjust
EQUALIZER.
You can adjust the sound level of each frequencies when
selecting USER mode in SOUND MODE.
Adjust high frequency will affect higher pitch sound and
vice versa.
BALANCE
You can change the speaker balance.
(Left Stronger
Right Stronger)
CINEMA SURROUND
You can enjoy an enhanced sound for wider audience.
