Warranty Policy

1. The terminal will be repaired for free or replaced

with the substitute terminal for free if the terminal
is malfunctioning under conditions of proper use
within the warranty period.

* The substitute terminal is a new terminal, or a terminal equal to a new

one in performance and reliability.

* Contact our support center.

2. Replacements will be charged in principle in the

following cases even within the warranty period.
• When the terminal is malfunctioning or damaged

due to fall and so on by careless use

• When the terminal is malfunctioning or damaged

due to use for purposes other than the original
intent of the terminal

• When the terminal is malfunctioning or damaged

due to use with products that the Company does
not permit the use

• When the terminal is malfunctioning or damaged

due to reasons not caused by the product

• When the terminal is malfunctioning or damaged

due to disassembly or modification

• When the terminal is malfunctioning or damaged

due to entry of liquids or foreign objects

• When the terminal is malfunctioning or damaged

due to lightnings, earthquakes, storms, floods or
other natural disasters, pollutions, salt damages,
smoke damages, abnormal voltages, and so on

• When the terminal is malfunctioning or damaged due

to fault, misuse, and mishandling by the customer

• Replacement of consumable parts such as battery
• Abrasion, scratches, or dents on the surface of

the terminal resulting from normal use

3. This warranty is valid only in Japan.
4. Since the warranty will not be reissued, keep it properly.
