Remove and empty the water tank.
T
Completely dissolve the contents of one blister (three JURA
descaling tablets) in a receptacle holding 600 ml of water.
This may take several minutes.
T
Pour the solution into the empty water tank and insert it into
the machine.

Remove the cappuccino frother.

Place one receptacle under the hot-water spout and another
under the connector of the cappuccino frother.

Press the Maintenance button.
MACHINE IS DECALCIFYING
Water flows out of the hot-water spout and the connector of
the cappuccino frother. The Maintenance button flashes
during the descaling operation.
The operation stops automatically,

Empty the receptacles under the hot-water spout and the
connector of the cappuccino frother.
T
Empty the drip tray and coffee grounds container and put
them back into the machine.
WATER TANK FILL
T
Remove the water tank and rinse it thoroughly.
T
Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water and reinsert the
tank.
PRESS BUTTON
, the Maintenance button

lights up.

Refit the cappuccino frother.
T
Place one receptacle under the hot-water and coffee spout
and another under the cappuccino frother.

Press the Maintenance button.
MACHINE IS DECALCIFYING
