Chassis Serial Number

Locating the Serial Number ID Labels on FRUs in a QFX5120 Switch

The power supplies and fan module installed in QFX5120 switches are field-replaceable units (FRUs).

For each of these FRUs, you must remove the FRU from the switch chassis to see the FRU’s serial number

ID label.

•

Power Supply—The serial number ID label is on the top of the power supply. To see the location of the
serial number ID label on the AC and DC power supplies, see

Figure 73 on page 153

and
