Cooling System and Airflow for a QFX3500 Device

The cooling system in a QFX3500 device consists of two field-replaceable unit (FRU)
fan trays with two fan modules each (see

Figure 37 on page 68

) and two fan modules

on the management board FRU (see

Figure 38 on page 68

). In addition, the power supplies

have internal fans to cool themselves.
