Rack and Cabinet Requirements for EX9251 Switches

You can mount an EX9251 switch on four-posts of a 19-in rack or an ETSI rack or in a cabinet that
contains a 19-in. rack or an ETSI rack.

Rack requirements consist of:

• Rack type

• Mounting bracket hole spacing

• Rack size and strength

• Rack connection to the building structure

Table 22 on page 49

 provides the rack requirements and specifications.
