the arm circumference range of 22-36cm or 22-42cm, and if the arm
circumference exceeds this range, you might fail to obtain the correct
measured value of blood pressure;

for newborns or young children;
The blood pressure is constantly changing. You shall not judge
the blood pressure condition with just one measurement result. The
repeated measurement data over a period of time will be more reliable;
