Never use the trampoline when it is wet, damaged, dirty, or worn out. The trampoline should be

inspected before any jumpers start bouncing on it.

Keep all objects that could interfere with the jumper away from the trampoline. Be aware of what

is overhead, underneath, and around the trampoline.

To prevent unsupervised and unauthorized use, the trampoline should be secured when not in

use.

LESSON PLAN

The following lessons are suggested in order to learn basic steps and bounces before moving onto
more difficult, complicated bounces. Before actually getting on and using the trampoline, you should
read and understand all safety instructions. A complete discussion and demonstration of body
mechanics and trampoline guidelines should occur between the supervisor and student as well.
