5.3.2.4 - Mounting Guide and Piston Rod
To make the mounting tab and the plunger rod, first put the guide rod through the side of the piston housing,
never passing through the side of the larger thread, which can fatally damage the gasket. Then place the piston and
the nut.
5.3.2.5 - Mounting Hydraulic Cylinder
Before mounting the guide and piston, check the cylinder liner Hydraulic to verify that it does not have any
damage, and if the inside is clean. Then enter the stem and plunger until conditions give to screw the nut of the guide,
and tighten with special key.
Note on cleaning only use lint-free cloths or use special paper for cleaning. Do not use paste or tape seal
assembly.
5.3.3 - Maintenance of Bearings Double Discs / Controllers depth
We recommend that at the end of each season, or when you notice that there are gaps, performs maintenance
on the hubs of the twin disc fertilizer and seed and cubes of controlling depth bands.
a) Remove the cubes and remove the internal components;
b) Perform cleaning all parts with diesel or kerosene;
c) Check for gaps, the condition of bearings, seals, or if there bushing;
d) Replace damaged or excessive wear components;
e) When performing the assembly of cubes that do not have grease fittings, put enough grease to assemble.
The cubes should be lubricated with grease fittings until new grease is visible.
ATTENTION:
If no leak in the double shielded bearings hard in the first season after the second harvest, open bearings
and make lubrication with recommended grease.
5.3.4 - Maintaining Disks Cleaners Double
Dual drives have self-adjusting internal cleansers. Recommended to conduct routine inspections to verify the
disks needs adjustments or replacement thereof, to be exchanged when they are no longer performing the cleaning
action of the discs.
ATTENTION:
To make the adjustment of the double disc cleaners, be careful not to not touch the cutting
discs as they may cause accidents.
5.3.5 - Maintenance of Manure Distributors
For the maintenance of components are fixed to the hexagonal axis and base of the deposit of fertilizer. There
is a need to remove or loosen the hex shaft from the base of the compost, in which case proceed as follows:
a) Loosen the clamping bushes from the hexagonal drive shaft Fertilizer, positioned on the sides of the imple-
ment;
b) Remove the amendment and the current that drives the gears of the fertilizer spreader (on both sides of
the planter);
c) Loosen the bearing and remove the hex shafts that drive the fertilizer spreaders;
d) Remove the hoses from the fertilizer, and then disassemble the sets of fertilizer distributors and TAPOS
support the fertilizer;
