slowly produces a thick layer of paint. Only apply
one layer at once. Follow the recommendations
of the paint manufacturer for drying times and
the number of coats. Set the adjuster knob to
low when spraying small surfaces. This avoids
overconsumption of paint and thick layers.
If possible, avoid stopping and starting the
spray gun when spraying. This can result in the
application of too much, or too little paint. Do
not tilt the spray gun more than 45°.

MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT:
Surplus paint should be recycled in accordance
with local regulations.
CLEANING
It is important to clean the spray gun thoroughly
after use. Failure to do this will result in clogging,
and will probably mean that it will not be possible
to use the spray gun again. The guarantee
does not cover damage caused by the user not
cleaning the spray gun properly. Do as follows
after using the spray gun:
1. Pour out any paint left in the paint
container.
2. Clean the container thoroughly with the
thinner used to thin the paint.
3. Pour a little thinner into the container
and spray with the spray gun until pure
thinner comes out from the nozzle.
4. Clean the suction tube and filter with
thinner.
5. Clean the basket and nozzle, and remove
any dirt and paint.
6. Turn the spray gun upside down and apply
a few drops of sewing machine oil in the
two openings.
Otherwise there is a risk of overheating and,
at worst, a fire can break out. Do not leave the
battery unattended when charging.
STARTING AND STOPPING
• Press the switch to start the spray gun.
The more the switch is pressed, the faster
the speed.
• Stop the spray gun by releasing the
switch.
SPRAYING
Fill the paint container with the correctly
thinned and strained paint. Point the spray gun
at a test piece and press the switch until paint
comes out.
SPRAYING TECHNIQUES
The smoothness and cleanness of the surface
have a big effect on the result. Carefully
prepare the surface and keep it free from dust.
Cover areas that are not to be sprayed with
masking tape or newspaper. Cover any thread
on the object. It is recommended to test spray
a piece of cardboard to find the correct setting
for the spray gun before spraying the surface.
A = Correct It is important to hold the spray
gun at the same distance (about 5–15 cm)
from the object.

IMPORTANT:
Begin outside the surface to be sprayed and
avoid interruption.
Move the spray gun smoothly over the surface
to achieve a uniform surface finish. Clean the
nozzle and air cap with a suitable solvent, or
water, if they get clogged. Move the spray gun
