OPERATION
Water volume
The amount of water required depends on the number of eggs to be boiled and how hard you want them.
The measuring vessel has three different water marks: soft, medium and hard boiled. Fill the measuring
vessel with water to the appropriate level. The egg boiler must be positioned horizontally. Unwind the
cord from the under-section. Pour the measured amount of water into the pan.
Eggs
Pierce a little hole in the thick end of the egg using the egg holder. This will prevent the eggs from
cracking during boiling. Place the eggs on the tray, and the tray in the pan. Close the lid.
Boiling
Plug in the power cord. This activates the egg boiler. When all the water has evaporated the built-in
thermostat shuts off the boiler and the buzzer sounds. The eggs are now boiled. Unplug the power cord.
Carefully remove the lid. The tray is very hot. Immediately take out the tray and cool the eggs.
