SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
The light must only be installed in accordance with the installation instructions.
The light must not be modified.
Check that the mains voltage corresponds with the rated voltage for the light.
Never use the light if it shows signs of damage.
The light must never be connected to the mains when moving it.
Always check that the power cord is in good condition. Risk of potentially fatal electric shock.
The power cord must only be replaced by an authorised electrician.
The light must be earthed.
Do not immerse any part of the light in water. Risk of electric shock.
Never use the light in environments with explosive or flammable fumes or gases.
Allow the light to cool before cleaning or carrying out maintenance.
Make sure that the mounting devices are dimensioned to withstand the weight of the light.
Make sure that the plastic on the light is dry before putting any decals on the light, otherwise this
could damage the plastic.
Do not use grease or oil on the screws.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
New installations and extensions to existing systems must always be performed by a qualified electrician.
If you have the necessary experience and knowledge, you may replace switches and wall sockets, fit
plugs, extension cords and lamp holders. If not, you should contact an electrician. Improper installation
may result in electric shock or fire.

INSTALLATION
The light is waterproof. It can be used outdoors to illuminate streets, gardens, department stores and
advertising displays etc.
The light can be mounted on a wall or roof, as well as on an extension bracket.
1.
Switch off the power before fitting the light.
2.
The power cord must be intended for outdoor use, have a dimension of at least 1.0 mm² and at
least 1.5 mm² for permanent installation.
3.
Fit the bracket to the wall with stainless screws and plugs. Fix the light on the bracket with M8 nuts.
4.
Connect the earth wire to the earth terminal. Connect the other wires as follows: brown to brown,
and blue to blue. Make sure that the connections cannot be exposed to damp or moisture.
5.
To fit the light on an extension bracket, first place the soft silicone packing in the threaded hole on
the attachment. Now fit the metal washer to the hole.
6.
Run the power cord from the light along the extension bracket. Fix the extension bracket properly
in the attachment.
